Professional Experience:
Currently Co-owner and Art Director of Bella Pintura Inc. A small design studio working closely with Interior Designers, Architects and Clients to design and execute custom architectural surface treatments, hand rendered wall coverings and murals for homes and businesses.
1988 - 2006
Art Director, Designer and Co-owner of Fauxliage Inc. for eighteen years. A mid sized art studio providing custom design applications for architectural decoration and home accessories. Services provided in New York City, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles and Las Vegas for upscale Residential, Hospitality, Casino and Theme design projects. The average residential project budgeted from 100K to multi-million. *See Client list.
*Developed and produced commercially rated wall covering line used in the Hospitality and Casino industry & decorative accessories for the interior design market. Specific projects: Pine framed mirrors, Country Curtains, Nancy Corzine . Bird house, “Bookish Bird Abode” mail order, Country Living Magazine. Glass and tin table top accessories sold to the Design Trade. Glass mosaic furniture, floor to ceiling tin framed mirrors. Painted furniture, Toad Hall in ABC Carpet, NYC and Country Curtains fine shops. Drapery Hardware in wood and forged iron, Country Curtains catalog and shops.
* Supervised and provided support for crews up to 20 artisans involving local and out of state work. Average length of a project 1 week to 6 months, or longer.
Currently live in Northampton, PA with life partner and daughter, working as an Architectural Muralist and Surrealist Portrait Painter. Participated in 9 shows and executing numerous commissions over the past twenty two years.
